Our Cleaning Process

  1. Our first step is to dry vacuum the carpet with powerful HEPA filtration cleaner which traps the fine particles such as pollen and dust mite faeces which can trigger allergy and asthma symptoms .
  2. We then pre spot difficult stains with the relevant chemicals, to ensure the best results.
  3. Heavy  duty pre spray and agitation is step number three. We pre spray heavy duty areas where soiling occurs the most. We gently agitate the pre spray  into the carpet with twin contra-rotating brushes for more efficient extraction of soiling.
  4. Hot water extraction. Using the right tools on this step makes the difference, we use portable hot water extraction machines with end results as good as powerful truck mount systems. Hot water, powerful vacuums and the 500psi pump can cut through even the most stubborn dirt ensuring the carpet is  cleaned to the highest standard without over wetting.
  5. Residue rinse - We always rinse the excess residue from the carpet to prevent further “quicker” soiling of the cleaned area. Most carpet cleaners “cut corners” and do not rinse the residue from carpet after cleaning which in many cases leads to soiled carpets in short space of time.
  6. Apply carpet protector (on request, additional charge) – Carpet protector is great way to extend carpet life. Carpet protector is a spray which is applied to the carpet, it creates an invisible shield to help protect the carpet from future stains & spills.
  7. Grooming – We will groom the cleaned carpet to leave it in the best possible state.
